🚚 Delivery Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 working days after receiving ₹100 advance payment.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
- Tier 2 & Rural Areas: 5–7 working days
Shipping Partners: We use trusted courier services for fast and secure delivery across India.
Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499
- No extra COD charges (₹100 advance required)
Order Tracking: You will receive tracking details via Email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Delays: While we aim to deliver on time, unforeseen delays may happen due to weather, courier load, or festivals. We appreciate your patience.

Return Window: 7-day return/replacement available from the date of delivery.
Eligible Conditions:
- Product is damaged or defective on arrival
- Wrong product received
- Product is not working as promised (verified via video)
Not Eligible for Return:
- Used or physically damaged by customer
- Drone crashed due to improper handling
- Product without original packaging/accessories
Advance Payment: ₹100 advance is non-refundable once the order is shipped.
Return Process:
- Email us at support@fitprolifestyle.com within 7 days
- Attach product photo/video & your order ID
- We’ll verify and arrange a replacement if eligible
Refunds: We primarily offer replacements. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
