  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful advance payment of ₹100.
  • Remaining amount is payable on delivery (Cash on Delivery – COD).
  • We use secure third-party payment gateways and never store your card or banking details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on the location.
  • Delivery delays may occur during festivals, sales, or unforeseen courier issues.
  • You will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp once shipped.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable once an order is shipped.
  • We offer 7-day replacements for defective, damaged, or non-functional products.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
