  • Advance payment is non-refundable once the item is shipped.
  • To request a return, email us with your Order ID and product issue.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 working days.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Orders ship within 1–3 business days after advance payment.
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days based on location.
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹499. No extra charge for COD (except ₹100 advance).
  • Tracking info is shared via email or WhatsApp after dispatch.
